1. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are only available for items returned within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Items that are damaged, opened, used, or stretched are not eligible for a refund.
2. Delivery Costs:
All refunds are subject to a deduction for delivery costs, up to a maximum of £20.
The delivery cost will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
3. Refund Process:
Refund requests will be processed within 30 days from the date we receive the returned items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, after the 30-day processing period.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, opened, used, or stretched.
Items returned more than 15 days after delivery.
No refunds are available for custom-made items. Please note that all custom-made goods, including clothing, may have a size variance of up to half an inch.
5. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable
