Buyer Responsibilities

(Cost Responsibility — Measurement Accuracy)

The Buyer confirms:

• All measurements provided are accurate
• Measurements were taken carefully using a measuring tape
• Measurements were taken while wearing the intended riding layers
• Incorrect measurements may result in a poor fit
• If a remake or alteration is required due to incorrect measurements, the Buyer agrees to cover additional production and shipping costs
• Body changes after measurement are the Buyer's responsibility
• No refund is made once the order is placed. 
• Orders placed directly go to the makers within a 2-hour window, and the process can be reversed.
• All MotoGP-style jackets are supplied as standard with a fixed 7000mm waterproof membrane, a thick, high-quality mesh lining, a removable thermal winter lining, and premium YKK zippers. Unless specific customisation is required, these features do not need to be listed separately and may be included in the Additional Information section.
• All MotoGP jackets are made of leather 1.2  -1.4  mm thick cowhide, full-grain, and textile jackets are Nylon D600 with 7000 membrane, 3D mesh & 120 GSM winter lining unless additional information is provided.
