3. Refund Policy :
3.1. Eligibility for Refunds :
- Refunds are available for items returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Items that are damaged, opened, used, or stretched are not eligible for a refund.
3.2. Delivery Costs :
- All refunds are subject to a deduction for delivery costs, up to a maximum of £15.
- The delivery cost will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
3.3. Refund Process :
- Refund requests will be processed within 30 days from the date we receive the returned items.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, after the 30-day processing period.
3.4. Non-Refundable Items :
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, opened, used, or stretched.
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery.
3.5. Return Shipping :
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
4. Terms and Conditions for Business Partners (B2B) :
4.1. Order Placement :
- Once an order is placed by a business partner, it is considered final.
- Cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued for cancelled orders.
4.2. Shipping :
- Fresh goods will be shipped to the business partner upon order placement.
- Delivery charges apply and are non-refundable.
4.3. Inspection and Reporting :
- Upon receiving the goods, business partners have 7 working days to inspect and report any damage or issues.
- Reports must be submitted in writing via email to [contact information].
- After 7 working days, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
4.4. Use of Logo and Representation :
- Business partners may not use the Monarch Pantra Ltd logo without prior written consent from the company.
- Business partners are not authorized to represent Monarch Pantra Ltd in any official capacity without explicit permission.
5. Intellectual Property :
5.1. Ownership :
- All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Monarch Pantra Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
5.2. Use Restrictions :

BRAND RESELLER AGREEMENT
This Brand Reseller Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Monarch Pantra Limited (“Company”) and the undersigned Reseller (“Partner”). This Agreement governs the terms under which the Partner is authorized to resell approved Monarch Pantra Limited products.
1. Appointment of Reseller:
- The Company authorizes the Partner to resell approved Monarch Pantra Limited products. This Agreement does not create a partnership, franchise, agency, or employment relationship.
2. Authorized Sales Channels:
- The Partner may sell products through physical retail locations and approved online marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, and other platforms, subject to compliance with brand standards. Only genuine and authorized goods may be sold
3. Orders, Payments & Cancellation Policy:
- All orders are final upon confirmation. All payments received are strictly non-refundable. If the Partner cancels an order, the Partner remains liable for the full outstanding amount.
4.Pricing & Brand Representation:
- The Partner must represent the brand accurately and avoid practices that harm brand value. The Companymay require removal or correction of listings that violate brand guidelines.
5.Quality Issues & Claims:
- Any quality-related issues must be reported within 15 working days of delivery with supporting evidence. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
6.Intellectual Property & Brand Protection :
- All trademarks, logos, designs, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized use, copying, or sale of goods under the brand name will result in strict legal action andcompensation claims.
7. Compliance & Conduct:
- The Partner agrees to comply with all applicable laws, marketplace rules, and ethical selling standards. The Company reserves the right to monitor reseller activities.
8.Termination:
- The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately upon breach. Termination does not waive any outstanding financial obligations
9.Limitation of Liability:
- The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profits or marketplace penalties.
10.Governing Law:
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable to the Company’s registered jurisdiction.
11.Acceptance:
- By selling or ordering Company products, the Partner acknowledges acceptance of this Agreement and agrees to be legally bound by its terms.
SUPPLIER TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
This Supplier Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Monarch Pantra Limited (“Company”) and
the undersigned Supplier (“Supplier”). By accepting any Purchase Order issued by the Company, the Supplier
agrees to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.
1. Registration & Security Deposit
- All suppliers must complete formal registration. Upon approval, a non-refundable security deposit of USD 200 must be paid. No Purchase Orders shall be issued until the deposit is confirmed in the Company’s accounts.
2. Mandatory Certification
- The Supplier must provide a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) or Membership Certificate from a recognized Business Association or Chamber of Commerce. Failure to maintain valid certification may result in immediate suspension.
3. Payment Structure
- Payments are milestone-based: 50% advance upon Work Order signing, 40% upon completion and readiness for shipment, and 10% after final inspection and acceptance at the Company warehouse.
4. Quality Assurance
- Suppliers must strictly adhere to approved samples, size charts, and material specifications. Deviations beyond ±0.5 inches, material substitutions, or defects shall be the Supplier’s responsibility.
5. Liability & Compensation
- The Supplier bears full responsibility until final acceptance. Minor defects must be corrected at Supplier cost. Major defects require refund or replacement at no cost to the Company. Late deliveries may incur penalties.
6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
- All designs, samples, and specifications provided remain the exclusive property of the Company and may not be reproduced or shared with third parties.
7. Agreement Acknowledgment
- Acceptance of a Purchase Order constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement and its legally binding nature.
